Thermostat & A/C:
Wall unit in the living room; set to 20-22 C in winter and 24-26 C in summer.
Hot water: boiler switch near the bathroom door.
Breakers: electrical panel is on the right hallway wall.
Windows & shutters: please secure when windy.
There is a mosquito net on the larger bedroom window. Simply pull at the top right corner to pull it down and place it back onto the velcro strip.
Laundry & cleaning
Washer: 30-40 C eco cycles are best; detergent provided.
Drying: rack on the balcony; no tumble dryer.
Iron: and board in the wardrobe.
Cleaning: supplies under the kitchen sink.
Kitchen & appliances
Microwave: In the cabinet under the sink, top shelf.
Lavazza coffee machine:
Water receptacle in the back. Push silver handle back to insert the pod at the top. Once pod drops, pull handle down. The receptacle for the pods needs to be emptied after 4-5 uses or pods will not load into the machine.
Press the button on top of the machine it will blink white and then turn solid, press again~coffee will now brew.
Small moka pot: fill bottom with water to the valve, add ground coffee (medium-fine), assemble, heat on low until it bubbles.
Bosch cooktop: Select burner; never leave unattended.
Toaster oven: Next to Lavazza machine.
Regular Toaster: Next to microwave.
Water kettle: Next to microwave.
Fridge: please keep door closed tightly.
