Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM

 

These times allow us to thoroughly prepare the apartment for each guest's arrival.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance.

We are happy to accommodate requests whenever possible, subject to availability.

 

Before departure, please turn off lights and air conditioning, close windows, lock doors, and return keys as instructed.

 

 

 

Respect Our Neighbors

San Zeno is a wonderful residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of our neighbors

and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

 

Parties and events are not permitted.

 

 

Registered Guests

Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight unless approved in advance.

 

 

 

No Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment.

 

 

 

Care of the Apartment

 

Please treat the apartment, furnishings, and amenities with care. If something is damaged or not working properly, kindly let us know as soon as possible.

 

 

Waste & Recycling

Please use the recycling and waste containers outside to the right of the building and park area.

 

 

 

Safety

Never leave cooking unattended and be sure appliances are switched off when not in use.
